This was for my Final first year project for Digital Image production. We had to create a final image based on a word given to us from our tutor. My word was pastiche and so I decided to focus on the pastiche of feathers and stones through out history and the fashion Industry.
I love how this came out and I'm definitely feelin a Queen vibe! I made the headdress from scratch and literally glued each sequin by hand! I also made the feather bustier. The Jewellery I actually purchased from an Indian Bridal store which was so beautiful! Its hand made and all the jewels are sewn onto a lace template. I love how intricate the design is and also how glamorous it looks with the feathers!
Annie is a friend from Uni who is on the same course, and she graciously modelled for me. She's a natural in front of the camera and had that fierceness that I wanted for this shoot!
All the materials I got from Hobby craft and a fabric store in southampton.
Fierce honeeeey Fierce!! I know what your thinking who is this, what is she wearing and how the heezy is her skin that glowy.
